A positive attitude has a great impact on our destiny and future. According to researchers, each of us is attracted to events according to our own thoughts. It must have happened to you that the thoughts inside your brain, whether positive or negative, have become a reality, this is the law of attraction. However, it is better for all of us to have only positive thoughts in our brains in order to have a good tone and achieve our desires. Of course, negative thoughts cannot be simply stopped, but they are not impossible.

Engaging the mind with negative thoughts is one of the basic problems of all of us that if the intensity and amount of these thoughts is too much, it will cause mental problems and consequently failure in life. Therefore, this issue should be taken seriously and a step towards positive thinking should be taken.
One of the first steps to positive thinking is to be hopeful about the future. If we have faith and hope in our own happiness, we have taken a big step in this direction and we can surely be a successful person. Because such a person can think of success and happiness even in difficult situations, and as a result, attracts happiness.

One of the effective ways to increase life expectancy is the following:


- Find the meaning and reason of your life: It means knowing what you live for, breathe, work for. In this case, in order to achieve the purpose of life and in fact to achieve the purpose of your life, all your focus and thoughts will be focused on it and negative thoughts will not have a chance to enter your mind.

- Search for your strengths and weaknesses and take steps towards your strengths: One of the reasons for frustration and negative thoughts is the feeling of weakness in doing a job. So it is better to identify our strengths and do the work in which we are skilled.
-Take care of your body and soul: Because when we get sick, we all do not have the patience to do our daily chores, let alone hope for life and positive thinking.

- Avoid false hopes and only hope to achieve the desires that you can fulfill: because thinking about the desires that ultimately lead to failure, can take away all our hope and ability in life from Destroy.
- Follow the things that are fun and enjoyable for you: Enjoy every moment of your life and do your best to achieve good. If you are well, your whole soul will be in good condition, especially your way of thinking. So in such a situation, you only cultivate positive thoughts in your mind.
